Delivery and Inspection

  1. Delivery Charges and Timelines:
  • Within Jordan: The delivery fee is 3 JOD for orders below 50 JOD. Orders with a total value of 50 JOD or more qualify for free delivery. If a customer completes an order totaling 50 JOD or more but receives items valued at less than 50 JOD, the customer will be responsible for the delivery charges, which will be added to the final order amount.
  • Outside Jordan: Delivery charges will be calculated based on the destination and payment method and will be displayed before order confirmation.
  • Delivery Time: Orders within Jordan are typically delivered within 1-3 business days. International deliveries may take longer, depending on the destination.
Note: Delivery times may be affected by factors such as technical issues, peak seasons, or ongoing promotions and sales. We appreciate your understanding and patience in these instances.
    1. Inspection Upon Delivery:
    • Inspection Time: Customers are allowed up to 10 minutes to inspect the items upon delivery while the delivery representative is present.
    • Repackaging: If the customer chooses not to accept the item, they must return it in its original packaging, with all labels and tags intact, and repackaged neatly.
    • Customer Responsibility: In case of refusal to accept the item, the customer will bear the cost of the return shipping. This cost will be deducted from any potential refund or charged separately if not covered by the refund.
    1. Special Instructions:
    • Customers are encouraged to ensure they are available to receive and inspect the items within the allotted time.
    • If the customer is not available to inspect the item at the time of delivery, the delivery representative will not wait beyond the scheduled time, and the item will be handled according to the customer’s prior instructions or returned to the depot for rescheduling.
