- How can I place an order on your website?
You can place an order by selecting the desired products, adding them to your shopping cart, and proceeding to checkout. Fill in your shipping and payment details to complete the purchase. Once your order is completed, you will receive a confirmation email containing your order reference number, the items ordered, their prices, and the delivery address.
- What payment methods do you accept?
Currently, we only accept Cash on Delivery (COD). We will be adding more payment options, such as credit and prepaid cards, in the near future.
- Can I modify or cancel my order after it’s been placed?
Once an order is placed, it cannot be modified through the website. If you need to cancel your order, please contact our customer service team per WhatsApp as soon as possible.
- What are the delivery charges?
Within Jordan: Delivery is 3 JOD for orders under 50 JOD1. Orders totaling 50 JOD or more qualify for free delivery.
Outside Jordan: Delivery charges are calculated based on the destination. Please contact our customer service for more information.
- How long does delivery take?
Within Jordan: Orders are typically delivered within 1-3 business days.
International Deliveries: Delivery times vary depending on the destination. Please contact our customer service for more information.
- Can I inspect my items upon delivery?
Yes, you have up to 10 minutes to inspect your items while the delivery representative is present. If you choose not to accept the item, it must be returned in its original packaging with all labels and tags intact. More details can be found in our Delivery and Inspection policy.
- What is your return policy?
Returns are accepted within 3 days of delivery, provided the items are in their original, unused condition with all packaging and labels intact. Certain items, such as lingerie, swimwear, and jewelry, are non-returnable. Please review our Return and Exchange policy for more details.
- How do I initiate a return or exchange?

- Who pays for return shipping?
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect item shipped). Details are available in our Return and Exchange policy.
- When will I receive my refund?
Refunds will be processed within 7 days of receiving the returned item at our warehouse. The original shipping costs are non-refundable. Please refer to our Return and Exchange policy for more information.
- What if I receive a defective or incorrect item?
If you receive an incorrect or defective item, we will cover the return shipping costs. You can return the item directly.

- What happens if an item is out of stock after I place my order?
