Return and Exchange

 

  1. Items Not Eligible for Return:
  • The following items are non-returnable: all types of lingerie, sleepwear, swimwear, jewelry, and accessories (except for bags, blankets, and scarves).
  1. Conditions for Return:
  • Returned items must be in their original, unused condition with all original packaging and labels intact. We do not accept returns of any items that have been worn, damaged, washed, altered, or have had their original packaging or labels removed.
  1. Return and Exchange Timeframe:
  • Requests for returns or exchanges must be made within three (3) days of the order being delivered to the customer.
  1. Return Process:
  • To initiate a return or exchange, you must exclusively contact our customer service team via WhatsApp. No returns will be accepted without prior coordination.
  1. Return Shipping Costs:
  • The customer is responsible for covering the cost of return shipping, which will be charged according to the rates of the shipping company.
  1. Incorrect or Defective Items:
  • If kids-corner.co sends the wrong item (in terms of size, color, or model), or if the item received has a manufacturing defect or damage, kids-corner.co will cover the cost of return shipping. The value of the returned item will be credited to the customer's account, which can be used for future purchases on kids-corner.co.
  1. Refund Process:
  • Refunds will be processed after our warehouse receives and inspects the returned item. Alternatively, you may send clear, recent photos of the product to our customer service team via WhatsApp to show its condition before returning it to the delivery company.

Note: The original shipping costs and any insurance paid on the shipment are non-refundable.
